Kit is dedicated to always being “ahead of the game”, believing that proper education is the foundation for successful transactions, Kit has her GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designations and is currently working on her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Kit has also actively served on various boards for the Wichita Area Association of Realtors and is currently Supervising Broker at KW Hometown Partners

However, knowing that some things cannot be taught in a class and some knowledge cannot be gained from a book, Kit has stayed well in tune with the local Real Estate market by being an active agent within Wichita and surrounding areas. With a full-time office manager, and multiple agents on her team, Kit has been focused predominantly on listings and assisting Sellers, allowing her to focus her time, energy, and efforts into selling your home fast and for top dollar.
